It was interesting how the new CEO Robert Labatt turned things around in the company, without having much experience. Ezboard was going broke, and Labatt took the necessary steps, even if they were risky, to bring the company back to its feet. He cut down overhead costs by reducing employees, renegotiated contracts, changed data centers, and most importantly focus in fixing its fragile software system.
